These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Ceta Risers website, operated by Ceta Group Ltd.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products
We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. Product colours, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly from images shown online.
Customers and installers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and are installed correctly.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where there is an obvious pricing, stock or website error.
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless specifically confirmed as guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Please inspect goods after delivery and contact us promptly if anything arrives damaged or incorrect.
4. Returns
Consumers purchasing online have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us of cancellation, goods should normally be returned within a further 14 days.
Returned goods should be kept in good condition. We may make a reasonable deduction if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for unwanted goods unless otherwise agreed.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
6. Installation & Product Suitability
Installation guidance provided by Ceta Risers is general guidance only.
The customer or installer is responsible for confirming suitable pedestal spacing, loading, substrate conditions and compliance with any applicable building regulations or project requirements.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable applications or failure to follow relevant installation guidance.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
