Returns & Refunds

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

We currently ship within the UK only. All parcels are sent via trusted courier services and are fully trackable. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

 

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout to avoid delays. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at sale@cetadecking.co.uk.

 

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within the first 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Once the items arrive back with us and have been checked, we will process a full refund for them. We are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred. We do not accept returns for refunds after 14 days has passed.

We are able to process returns quicker if we know to expect them and they have the correct documentation with them. If you wish to return your items, please email sale@cetadecking.co.uk in advance to advise us that you wish to return their items. To help us process your return, please complete and include our returns form with your returned items.

 

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed from the date the return arrives.
